Hi, I’m Caroline Spence, a fitness instructor based in Chicago.I teach yoga, Pilates, strength, dance cardio, and mindfulness-based movement classes designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and present in your body. My approach is playful, challenging, and intentional, with a focus on building confidence through movement.Each class is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and move in a way that feels empowering and energizing.
